    Spread Score = effective digital ROAS ÷ sector ROAS midpoint. Bands: >2.0 positive · 0.85–2.0 at market · <0.85 negative.
    Scale Score = (total media spend ÷ revenue) ÷ sector total-media midpoint. Bands: ≥1.0 at/above norm · 0.7–1.0 mildly under · <0.7 materially under. Quadrant split is at 1.0.
    Efficiency = Spread Score × 100. Effective digital ROAS = your override if entered, otherwise attributed digital revenue ÷ digital spend (attributed revenue is your figure, or the proxy estimate).
